Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across South Africa by courier from George, Western Cape.

Delivery costs

The delivery option is shown at checkout as “Courier delivery (quote confirmed after order)”. Where the courier cost depends on the size of your order or your location, we will confirm it with you after you place your order and before it is dispatched.

Delivery times

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00). We will confirm the expected delivery time when you order. Delivery times can vary with the courier and your location.

When your order arrives

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, let us know straight away at orders@ejsurgicalsolutions.co.za or 081 736 1219, with your order number and photos where possible.
