Terms & conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed on shop.ejsurgicalsolutions.co.za. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them together with our Delivery, Returns & refunds and Privacy policy pages.

2. Products
Our products are intended for use by healthcare professionals and trained users. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary. The pack size of each product is shown on the product page.
3. Prices
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Product prices are shown excluding VAT. The total amount payable, including VAT where applicable and any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.
4. Orders
After you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable; if you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made at checkout by card through our secure payment provider. Card details are encrypted and handled by the payment provider; we do not store them.
6. Delivery
We deliver across South Africa by courier. Delivery costs and times are explained on our Delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations, returns and warranties
Your right to cancel within the cooling-off period (section 44 of ECTA) and your rights for faulty goods under the Consumer Protection Act are explained on our Returns & refunds page.
8. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy, in line with POPIA.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
